Leaving should be simple, too.

You can permanently delete your Vennlo account whenever you choose.

Effective 2 August 2026

Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone once completed.

Delete from the Vennlo app

  1. Open Vennlo and go to Profile.
  2. Open Account & safety.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. If prompted, sign in again to protect your account.

What is deleted

After confirmation, Vennlo permanently removes your account profile, authentication record, profile picture, chat conversations, connection records, block records, and other account-owned data.

What may be retained

Limited de-identified safety, moderation, or audit records may be retained only where needed to investigate abuse, protect our community, resolve a dispute, or comply with a legal obligation. Those records are not used to restore or operate your deleted profile.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app or need help deleting an account, email support@vennlo.app from the email address associated with the account. Include the email address or username you used in Vennlo, but never send us your password.

For your security, we may ask you to verify ownership before processing a deletion request made outside the app.
