The rules that keep Vennlo kind.

1. Who can use Vennlo

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement to use Vennlo. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. One person may not impersonate another person or create an account for someone else without permission.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for the information, messages, profile content, and other material you share through your account. You retain ownership of your content, but grant Vennlo a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to run and improve the service.

3. Community rules

Vennlo is for genuine, respectful connection. Do not use Vennlo to:

• harass, threaten, exploit, shame, or discriminate against anyone;
• post unlawful, fraudulent, sexual, hateful, or harmful content;
• collect personal information from others without permission or send spam;
• impersonate a person, misrepresent who you are, or manipulate others;
• attempt to bypass safety features, access another person's account, or interfere with the app.

We may remove content, restrict an account, or permanently suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules or the law have been violated.

4. Safety and interactions

Vennlo helps people connect but cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of every person you meet. Use good judgment, do not share sensitive financial information, and use the block and report tools when something feels unsafe. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

5. Optional AI companions

Some Vennlo experiences include clearly labelled automated companions. They are for conversation and entertainment, not professional medical, legal, financial, or crisis advice. Do not rely on an automated companion in an emergency.

6. Voice calls and ads

Voice calls require the permissions, network connection, and compatible device needed to work. Free accounts may have usage limits. Optional rewarded ads can provide in-app credits; rewards are subject to verification and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold.

7. Intellectual property

Vennlo's name, logo, interface, software, and other original materials are owned by Vennlo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Vennlo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available service. We are not responsible for interactions between users or for content shared by users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and ending access

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Vennlo and update these Terms as the service evolves. If you no longer agree, stop using Vennlo and delete your account. You can always delete your account from the app as explained on the account deletion page.
